MSG appoints Deputy Director General

The Director General of the MSG Secretariat Mr Peter Forau is pleased to announce the appointment of Mr Molean Kilepak as the new Deputy Director General of the Melanesian Spearhead Group Secretariat. Mr Kilepak is a national from Papua New Guinea and holds a Masters in Law (Specialising in Government and Commercial Law) from the Australian National University (2007) and a Law Degree from the University of Papua New Guinea (1997). He also holds a number of certificates in various areas of the law and senior management skills including a Diploma in Business (Frontline Management) from TAFE NSW. Mr Kilepak previously held the position of Director for the Legal Policy and Governance Branch (formerly the Executive Services and Administrative Law Branch) within the Department of Justice and Attorney General (the Department) in Papua New Guinea (PNG). The new Deputy Director General is due to resume duties at the Secretariat at the end of March 2014
